• I'm not sure if it's the hard drive or windows 10. My computer didn't come with windows 10, so I done an upgrade. Now I'm having trouble doing a backup on anytype of device. Doesn't matter if it's the external hard drive, external or internal optic drive. I ended up picking a prompt that backed it up under the old windows 7.
