“I have a windows surface laptop and wanted to play Anno 1800 that was just released back in April. Once I discovered that I didn't have enough disk space to cover the file I opted into looking at external hard drives. Will I be able to run the game?”

I tried using it to run sims and it didn't work. However, I'm not that great with computers so it might work for you. I should also add that this was the first game I ever even tried to download on my computer. You should be able to store everything other than the games on there, which will give you more room on your laptop for more games.

This portable drive is more for storage like music files or old photos. However, if your talking about downloading the game to this hard drive, then uploading it to another computer, that might work ok.
