“After saving all my files onto this hard drive, I cannot get my Microsoft Word documents nor my photos to open on the hard drive. I use Picasa 3 for all my photos. Only thing that opens are my songs in iTunes. Suggestions?”

• recopy again,make sure you have sufficient operating rights on your hard drive's files~ ^_^
