The drive will have to be connected to a computer of some sort either running Windows or MacOS. Then the phone has to be connected to the computer as well. Once the two are connected the phone’s photograph drive volume should be a copy/paste to the portable drive. Sadly Apple phones don’t support direct connection of the Lightning port to USB external portable drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't think you can transfer directly from phone. A computer has to used.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. She will not be able to plug this into her phone if that is what you are asking, itis powered over the USB 3.0 cable that plugs into it. If you have a wireless router at your house with a USB port on the back you can plug this into it and follow your manufacturers directions for installing a network storage usb device and she will then have access to it on the wireless network. Otherwise, she will need to download to her desktop/laptop in a folder and then move that folder over to this device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Transfer the pictures using Photos on a Macbook or other Apple computer. Or you could move them to Icloud and share them that way. I don't think this drive is going to help you do what you want to do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HOW is she going to transfer her pix? You can't just plug this drive into an iPhone, you need to go thru a computer to make the transfer happen.
