No. Not directly. You need a USB to Esata converter to do this if the device supports connecting a hard drive but you will need a powered converter as it is powered over the USB cable. Best to just order the correct drive and cable rather than fumbling around with adapters trying to get it to work. The drive is factory formatted to NTFS so you may need to reformat the drive if the device doesn't support that. WD also makes these large drives in Esata look on the website for them.
