Yes as long as you share it on one PC with full Read Write access to the guest user.

This is not a network drive. This drive connects to a host computer with a USB cable. If your host computer is on a network, and you "share" this drive once it is plugged in, you can access that network share from any other computer on the network (given appropriate permissions). The easiest way to back up two computers, is to plug it in to one, back up, then plug it in to the other, and back up. Good luck.
