Have you tried another PC to plug into and see if you can access files?

If you have pictures on another drive, nothing else on the 8TB drive, I would delete them from the 8TB drive, then highlight all your pictures you want backed up, drag them to the 8TB drive. Hope that helps. Dont panic.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dear Cynthia. If you dont have the originals anymore I suggest you panic because you just lost everything. You'll need to re-format the Drive again. and back up everything again after you re-format it.
