“I just purchased easystore 8tb two weeks ago. Backed up all of my pictures Now it will not let me open it up says corrupt unable to open I'm just about to panic! Please help”

Have you tried another PC to plug into and see if you can access files?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you try to and contact WD support? Worst case is send it in to them and have them do data recovery since it's still under warranty. Hope you will get your precious pictures back.

If you have pictures on another drive, nothing else on the 8TB drive, I would delete them from the 8TB drive, then highlight all your pictures you want backed up, drag them to the 8TB drive. Hope that helps. Dont panic.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dear Cynthia. If you dont have the originals anymore I suggest you panic because you just lost everything. You'll need to re-format the Drive again. and back up everything again after you re-format it.
