Hi MAR, The WD My Passport external drive can be connected to PS4 as external storage. The hard drive comes pre-formatted for Windows computer, reformatting might be required to make it work with PS4. Please refer to the link mentioned below for more information. Yup! Just go to your PS4 settings and add external storage. It formats the hard drive for you. Just remember if you move the PS4 that you keep the hard drive connected or you may ruin the storage ability of the hard drive. So far, zero issues with the hard drive. Was easy to add.
