QuestionMakes a very loud clicking. Like click-click-click-click-click. And nothing happens. Sounds like a very loud clock clicking every second. Second time using this. How do I get my data off? Last one got corrupt and lost all data. I don't trust this brand.

- Answer it sounds like the drive failed out of the box. Mine is totally silent and seems to work fine. I tested mine before I loaded anything important. can you not load the data back onto your computer. I have not had any luck with the Geek people , but go back to the store. Sorry I can not help but after spending three weeks trying to get back important data from Dropbox I am hating computers.

QuestionMy Lenovo is a 32 bit computer...I had bought an external hard drive only to find out it was only for 64 bit computers...will this work for 32 bit? If not, can you recommend one that would? Thank you.
