My external drive does not work at all. I plugged it in and nothing came up on my iMac. No logo. Nothing. The light is one on the drive. I have tried to repair it and nothing works. Can you help me?? null

Try formatting the drive first if that dose not work, than take it to Greek squad. Call the tech support and came with the product.

Did you plug it directly into the iMac, or into a hub. If it's into a hub, try plugging directly into the iMac. If you plugged it into the iMac and it didn't work, try it on another computer, then you will know if it's a problem with the hard drive or the usb port. If it won't work on another computer either, take it back to Best Buy, or contact WD for a warranty exchange.

Open DiskUtility in the utilities applications and find the drive when you search. You probably should go to apple.com for support to figure out what to do next. It's not hard.
