“This product stopped working one day and started clicking after being plugged in. I want to know what the warranty on this is and if it is damaged on unusable. The product won't show on PlayStation 4 and my Windows 10 says it is malfunctioning. Plz help!”

It’s comes with a 3 year warranty through western digital, try calling them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When hard drives fail, sometimes they make a clicking noise (the moving parts inside) , sometimes not. If it's on your ps4, it's highly unlikely the information is retrievable. The format ps4 uses doesn't work on a windows machine. So trying to recover the games would be a losing effort. Your gonna have to redo your games either on your system drive or get another external drive and redo the game downloads. Sorry man. It happens to the best of us...
