Yes, it will. Windows 10 has full support for USB 3.0 external drives. The WD locking software executes on my Windows 10 Preview build.

Yes, it works with both Windows 8 and 10 with ease. I imagine it'd work with Windows 7 as well, but I know 8 and 10 work from experience. Just make sure you have your product key.

Yes it will work with any Windows. Its actually your computer it's working with, not the Windows.
