• Best Buy will hold your items for up to 5 days from receiving the pick-up notification. If it isn't picked up within that amount of time, your order may be canceled.

• The store will hold it for a good amount of time so you can pick it up. They'll also email you when it will be returned. If you paid for it but don't pick it up, they'll refund your money.
