“shutterfly -- i have the wd 2 tb purple -- but no shutterfly --”

Your system may not have enough storage. You can plug in USB and move data to it or even the update. Get specs for update you may need to clean up system from temp and orphan files. good luck

This happened to me too. One of my purchases I did not get the shutterfly email. If you call best buy up and explain they will send an email to you.
