Can't say if its the right product for you but can give you my impressions of the product. I live in a smaller house and mostly confine my use to one or two rooms. I also have Verizon and use a jet pack. the hardest part of installation is choosing a location to mount the external antenna. they say the best place is to mount it on the roof as the antenna needs to face in the direction of the nearest cell tower. I have no place on the roof for mounting but found I could mount the antenna on my back deck railing and face the nearest cell tower. If you want to boost the signal for the whole house my best guess is you will need a stronger whole house booster and not one for just one or two rooms. Best advice is to check their product guide and installation guide to see what would work best for your situation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The weBoost Home Room would cover a medium size room with that type of outdoor signal. In order to cover more rooms we would recommend a stronger booster like the weBoost MultiRoom (Best Buy #6364298) or weBoost Home Complete (Best Buy #6355244).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are using this weboost in our RV trailer. We park it for the summer on some recreational property near a national forest. We could get service outside in one or two spots but were unable to get service for any of our phones Inside our metal trailer until we installed the weboost. The nice thing about this unit is it comes with two long cables and a small flat piece that can be put thro a window and closed. The cables connect from the inside and outside on this flat piece. We put the antenna on a telescopic pole and then after hooking everything up to the Antenna on the outside and the router on the inside, we moved around until we got the best service. Because of our remote location we had to work to find the nearest tower. If you’re getting service outside your front door, the weboost will probably work for you. It will not give you service in the whole house, but will give you service in the area you’re set up in.
