As long as you keep your subscription up-to-date, you will have access to all updates that we release. Please contact BestBuy to make sure you're purchasing the "complete" version of the product. You should also have the option of either a physical product or digital product when purchasing through bestbuy.

This is only the antivirus software (Malware, Phishing, Spyware/adware, Virus protection), not the "Complete" Internet security + antivirus suite. The "physical" version of the software is just a download code in a box, there is no physical disc, key card, or any other physical media inside the box.
