Just repurchase the same thing you have, then open your webroot program by left clicking on the upside down v shape at the bottom right of your screen. That will show your hidden icons. Then right click on the green W (for webroot) and then click on VIEW STATUS. Now find MY ACCOUNT at the lower right and click on the setting symbol at the right ( it looks like a small round gear) Enter your "new" key code in the field and click [ACTIVATE]. That's how I do it.
