Q: Questioni bought this year and im still trying to download it. I only need to keycode for activation and its saying something about digital download which i cant download. I just want to renew the one i have with a keycode activation.

• A:Answer Just repurchase the same thing you have, then open your webroot program by left clicking on the upside down v shape at the bottom right of your screen. That will show your hidden icons. Then right click on the green W (for webroot) and then click on VIEW STATUS. Now find MY ACCOUNT at the lower right and click on the setting symbol at the right ( it looks like a small round gear) Enter your "new" key code in the field and click [ACTIVATE]. That's how I do it.

Q: QuestionI have Norton and Malwarebytes installed and they both work well together, no issues. Want to get rid of Norton. Will Webroot play nice with Malwarebytes? I want to keep Malwarebytes because it does things Norton doesn't. Anyone know if Webroot will work?
