A: My 10 device subscription is set to auto renew March 6 2020 for $129 . Every year I have to cancel Norton and buy elsewhere. I wish Norton would offer a discount to loyal subscribers instead of sticking them with higher prices. I have talked with them and they say the lower prices at retailers are a discount to get new subscribers
Q: How do I download from Digital LIbrary
A: I am like you, I couldn't get my Norton to download from the Best Buy site. I called Best Buy to get help and they wanted to charge me!!! I was so disgusted with Best Buy. My son finally took a screen shot of the Best Buy page with the product key code on it and then when I went to my Norton account all I had to do was enter the product key code. I feel like Best Buy should have been more helpful since I purchased this digitally from Best Buy, purchasing in store was not an option. I wanted to purchase this in store to prevent this nightmare from happening, but since that was not an option I had no other choice. But when it comes time to renew my Norton product again, I will go else where and see if I get better customer service.
