Customer Ratings & Reviews

LOVE Norton. This is a great product and super easy to install and use. I have used Norton and trust it for years. It has saved me a few times from viruses and being hacked. The 360 is great for the varying protection it offers and 10 devices is perfect for my home since there are multiple phones, tablets, and computers here. I would highly recommend the product to everyone. It is good for not only families but also single people or business owners who run multiple devices.

I have been using Norton antivirus for over 10 years and appreciate the ease of installation for all of my family’s computers. No issues and the protection has been excellent. I can’t remember a time that Norton has missed some type of intrusion or compromised system component. Overall, very pleased with the product and its features. VPN sometimes was tricky with certain sites, but usually easy to configure to bypass, allow, or disable.

I always buy this every year for me and my family devises so I can have a piece of mind that we are going to be protected year round. No stress or worries about someone getting your info with Norton because they got you back. And PS if you buy it around Christmas time you will get it like 80% to 90% off of the regular price.

Norton 360 premium gives you more protection .Best product to use I would recommend to anyone.

Great product, I’ve been using Norton for twenty years. To me theirs none better.

I thought this because it cost way less than Norton would charge direct.

Good, not great overall, but excellent for the sale price ;)

Norton keeps all my technical devices running smoothly, I would never buy any other software, norton is number one in my household

The VPN will always disconnect after a few minutes or 1 hour. Whenever i open the vpn app am greeted with a notifications that says "VPN DISCONNECTED BECAUSE THE WIFI IS SECURE!!" Serious how can a community wifi be secure??.. then i keep getting mails form the same Anti-Virus and VPN provider that my passwords were compromised of which it was true, i got mails feom Google too.. Okay. DONT WAST YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!

Norton 360 Premium is a top-tier security solution that offers peace of mind for all my devices. The VPN feature is a game-changer, providing secure internet access on my phone and beyond. This software suite, compatible with Android, Mac OS, Windows, and Apple iOS, is a one-stop-shop for internet safety. It’s easy to download and activate, thanks to its digital availability at Best Buy. With a year-long subscription, I get continuous protection without the hassle of monthly updates. Whether it’s warding off malware or keeping my data away from the dark web, Norton 360 Premium delivers. Highly recommended for comprehensive digital security.

Pros: Multi-device Coverage: Being able to secure up to 10 devices provides great value for families or small businesses. Integrated VPN: The built-in VPN is an added layer of privacy, especially beneficial for users who often use public Wi-Fi networks. It provides an encrypted tunnel for online activities, reducing the risks of eavesdropping. Dark Web Monitoring: This feature is increasingly relevant given the rise in data breaches. It proactively checks if user’s personal information has been compromised and is available on the dark web. Familiar User Interface: For those acquainted with Norton products, the interface remains intuitive and easy to navigate. Cross-Platform: Supports all major operating systems, ensuring protection regardless of the device type. Cons: Performance Impact: While Norton has made strides in reducing system overhead, some users might still experience slight slowdowns, especially during full scans. Cost: Though the package offers a lot, some might find it a bit pricier compared to standalone services for VPN or antivirus. However, the combined package does offer convenience. VPN Limitations: The built-in VPN, while handy, doesn't provide as many customization features as dedicated VPN services. Those seeking advanced controls might be left wanting. Verdict: For those seeking an all-in-one solution, Norton 360 Premium provides a robust suite of security features that covers the bases for most users. While there are some minor drawbacks, the convenience of having antivirus, a VPN, and dark web monitoring in one package can't be ignored. It’s a solid choice for users prioritizing convenience and broad protection. However, power users might want to consider dedicated solutions for specific needs.

I have been using Norton products for 20 years and this is the best version yet! The combination of protection, features, and value is hard to beat. When you purchase this security software you are not just getting state of the art protection but also features like virtual private network protection, a tune up feature for your devices, and membership in the LifeLock identity protection service. I am using this on all 10 devices that the subscription allows and it works wonderfully on Windows computers, Mac, android phones, iPhones, and iPads. Definitely recommend!

A vpn, password management, antivirus, secure browsing, across all of my household members . Six licenses in all, Easily installed via web links. It helps delete your footprint as much as you want. Exhaustive customization with very quick menus, and it runs quickly.

I've used Norton products for over fifteen years with total satisfaction. I have complete confidence that my computers are safe from viruses; my data and the vault password manager are protected. Norton includes a good VPN as well so I don't have the need to run different products. I purchased the digital download online from Best Buy and had no trouble locating the key in the digital library which was then used at the Norton/Symantec site. Though, I had never done this before, it was quite simple to set up three computers and two phones; although, if you are new to the product and process it will take some time; but what doesn't? I would highly recommend the Best Buy download and Norton 360 with 10 suites and would easily rate them both five stars.

Norton AntiVirus is a long-established name in cybersecurity, offering robust protection against viruses, malware, phishing attacks, and other online threats. The software is easy to install and runs quietly in the background without noticeably slowing down system performance. Norton’s real-time threat detection and automatic updates ensure that users are always protected against the latest risks.

I been using it for a month so far so good. Works on my computers, phones and tablets. Love the automatic Secure VPN, if you want to protect yourself make sure you turn it on, it recognizes if I am already on a protected encrypted service or not. Now I know my connection is encrypted weather I am on a public or private network! Along with the Anti-spyware, Antivirus, Malware & Ransomware protection it has a lot of extras. Family protection (family time), dark web checks,

I have used Norton for years because it’s the one that feel the safest and most secure. My computers always run smoothly unlike with other softwares where you’ll notice a decline in your device’s performance. Auto blocks unsafe sites and can scan new files/usb drives. I always recommend Norton to my friends and family. It’s a must have.

I had some setup issues with this product but was able to resolve. I love how this product is an all in one where security, virus, and VPN are controlled from one screen. I had the Norton Premium and VPN separate prior to this purchase and Norton gave me credit for the remaining product after purchase. No problem with this item since setup.

My second purchase . Super easy to install and overall easy . Good price . 5 devices . Would by again . Secured and protected device .

Long time Norton user, not many changes which is OK, it works. My Norton website is a little frustrating, kinda clunky. Easy to download to other devices. Some of the pop up notices are annoying, you should be able to turn then off. I appreciate using a US product versus a foreign made. I will buy or renew again.
