• I believe they can PEGRZ. Anytime I needed assistance with any of my products and or purchases from Best Buy, They were more than Happy to assist me. I purchased my HP Laptop at Best Buy, and had my coverage from my sale there and HP Support, so I never purchased from GEEK SQUAD, but just walked right in to the Best Buy counter and Best Buy assisted me right there in the store. I left with any issue(s) be totally RESOLVED and was not charged ~ They are awesome in store. Hope it helps PEGRZ; but there are also different security choices from 1, 2 or five products I believe; so check out those before choosing ok? Lisa M.
