I had a problem at first too. 1.) If the CD doesn't start automatically -- go to where it is filed and start the exe. run. 2.) When I put in my security code, it wouldn't accept it. Puzzeled me! I finally figured out what I took to be a number '8' in the code was REALLY the letter 'B" -- then it downloaded for me!
