- Answer I had a problem at first too. 1.) If the CD doesn't start automatically -- go to where it is filed and start the exe. run. 2.) When I put in my security code, it wouldn't accept it. Puzzeled me! I finally figured out what I took to be a number '8' in the code was REALLY the letter 'B" -- then it downloaded for me!

- Answer On Saturday, December 22, I thought I had been hacked as I received an email that made no sense to me so I called Geek Squad and Amy walked me through the process so she could get into my computer and then she told me what she was doing and what we were looking for. We found that I had not been hacked, but that someone was fishing and I was not hacked and showed me on my computer and said that if I got a crazy email like that to just delete and anytime I had a concern to please call Geek Squad at anytime day or night as we have 24/7 protection . Really puts someone like me more at ease about using my computer. The people there are super nice and helpful

- Answer It does work with windows 8. I have windows 7 and it's working great. The cloud based part refers to optional storage of your files. Things like pictures, music and documents.

- Answer I haven't seen 2 devices .. but they do have a 5 devices for 1 yr. that includes your tablet, computer, phone all up to 5 protected.. You just have to connect the devices to your computer once you have installed them on your computer, for those to be installed on them.
