On Saturday, December 22, I thought I had been hacked as I received an email that made no sense to me so I called Geek Squad and Amy walked me through the process so she could get into my computer and then she told me what she was doing and what we were looking for. We found that I had not been hacked, but that someone was fishing and I was not hacked and showed me on my computer and said that if I got a crazy email like that to just delete and anytime I had a concern to please call Geek Squad at anytime day or night as we have 24/7 protection . Really puts someone like me more at ease about using my computer. The people there are super nice and helpful
