Webroot's Backup & Sync and SecureWeb Browser are both supported by the iPad, so you can use those. The antivirus is not currently available for iOS devices.

Yes. Simply download the Mac OS version at the time of download. Will auto detect if done from the mac.

Yes. You should be able to find the Webroot app in the App Store. After you've registered your purchase, you should be able to download the app from the App Store onto your iPad. Sign in and input the device code for adding a new device (I'm not sure whether you need a computer for this). The process is pretty straightforward. Webroot has very fast customer support so if you're having trouble adding devices, just send them an email, and they typically respond in a few hours.
