• It wouldn't install on my older IPad until I upgraded to the latest version of OS. Somehow I had missed an update to.my device from Apple but once updated it installed ok. Thinking but this was bundled with the device from your seller that it should work. Best to try and install it or something before going out on the internet. Apple will not allow the software install without the proper certs from them so not to worry.

• Usually they mention the basic coverage from last update but they cant keep updating the coverage of each item when their is new computer update.
