“I recently bought an acer chromebook 314 and this came with it free. Why will it not let me download it ? Anyone know how to download it?”

I went right to the program entered my information from the instructions that were included and once the file opened showing me the download was on my system I clicked on it and ran the .exe and upload went on without a hitch.

I believe i had to call and talk to someone to be able to download this it didn't want to let me do it myself

You can download it in the Google Play store from your Chromebook. They also have an extension available on Chrome Web Store. Add your product key to the app and extension.
