Hi Holly, it appears that the trim kit for the old unit is the same dimensions so it will fit. The trim kit for WMC30516HZ Microwave is listed as MK2160AZ and has the same dimensions. There may be some color variance as the newer model kit is fingerprint-resistant stainless and the previous kit was not and has also been exposed to the environment, whereas the new Microwave has not. In the event you decide to replace the trim kit, the number above is the appropriate part. We hope this helps!
