“Hi, Would you be able to point me to where I can read or get a copy of the label inside the door that contains the various cooking codes? The manual for my unit refers me "refer to the cooking guide label inside the door" but it is not there. Thx.”

Open the door and you’ll see a list just below the turn table. For example: if you want to defrost meat push “defrost” then choose meat (1), poultry (2) or (3) fish then enter the pounds followed by the start button.
