QuestionThe light inside microwave is off, th microwave is not working it just gives me a mssage on the screen to open th door and press start... im following the instrucions but still no success,,, any suggestions?

QuestionClock time only comes on when you open the door. When the door is closed the light clock time goes out.

- Answer By default it’s set to reciculate and vent from the front of the unit towards the ceiling, depending on your cabinets this might be an issue.

- Answer I'm unable to answer this question as I had the Geek Squad remove and intall the new microwave. It only took him 30 minutes as he indicated there were no modifications required to install the new mircrowave as everything matched up. He did use the new mounting bracket that came with the new unit.
