Microwave looks great and works great. Having no problems or issues. Heats food/cooks food as a microwave should. Fingerprint resistance on the stainless steel is not just a selling gimmick it actually works and will continue to work as long you don't apply harsh chemical cleaning compounds to remove the properties of it. Whenever there is something there to clean just use a soft cloth or paper-towel to clean it (preferably the soft cloth). Only thing I regret, is not choosing the product model with sensor cooking, but that's on me. This microwave is an excellent buy for a large size cooker.

It's brand new, so I could change my mind in a few months if it breaks down. But, so far this is an excellent microwave. I was also pleasantly surprised about how easy it was to install - my son did it for me and it took less than an hour with me helping him. It's definitely a two-person job. It's an over-the-range, and I was worried about venting because I don't have a vent to the outside and it's hard to tell from the description how the vent works. The vent came already set up for recirculating and venting out the top front which was exactly what I needed (and probably what most people need for an over-the-range microwave). Once installed, don't forget to remove the little plastic vent covers. The first photo is looking from the top down, so you can see where the vent is. I'm putting a 4 for quality because it's not a high-end microwave but seems good so far. 5 for value because it was a good price for a Whirlpool (which never seems to go on sale!) Super easy to use.

I bought this Whirlpool to replace a 10 year old over the oven whirlpool model. This model is easy to use just like the prior model. It was also easy install since it used the same wall bracket as prior model. Took me about an hour and a half to unpack, install, drink a beer and clean up. This model seems to be heat up food super well. Oddly neither Lowes nor Home depot had any over the oven microwaves that weren't super expensive. Best Busy my surprise had a better selection and matching prices than all the competitors in my city (50 mile radius). Very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent basic microwave. Everything about this microwave is solid. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it doesn’t have any extra features or stand out elements. The design is very clean. It has blue numbers that auto dim when not being used. It comes with a very good installation kit. I was replacing a similar model, but I still had to replace the mounting plate on the wall. You definitely need 1 or 2 helpers to install. Requires drilling through cabinets above and installing screws into studs. Templates make things straightforward. Be sure you have a correct sized spade drill bit before beginning.

I replaced a microwave with this one and was immediately aware of how quiet it is. My old one had an annoying alarm that I hated, but this one is gentle and goes off when I open the door. I like the preset timing options right inside the door. I also like being able to run the microwave while its timer is running, something I couldn't do in my old one. One thing I would have preferred would be the ability to off the turntable, but My hubby chose this model without that. I'm very happy with it overall!
