“Silly question, but is this microwave supposed to BEEP when it finishes cooking? I just got it installed and it works fine, but does not beep or make any noise at all when it finishes. Is that normal or is it broken?”

Hi Superdave, thank you for your inquiry. Your cycle tones maybe turned off. Per page 3 of the Use and Care Guide press and hold the number 2 on the keypad for 3-4 seconds (1-1 thousand, 2-1 thousand, 3-1 thousand) to turn the cycle tones back on. We hope this information is helpful!
