I went into best buy looking for a closeout microwave to put into a house we are selling. I asked the associate if they had any and he told me all we have is this damaged one. It is damaged in the upper back right corner. It was dented pretty good. It wasn't the color I was looking for but when he asked me if I would take $75 for it, I asked if we could plug it in and check it. We plugged it in and it checked out. Not a single thing wrong with the workings of it. I took him up on the offer and he still told me if it doesn't work or doesn't look right, that I'll have 7 days to return it. I couldn't believe it(you see how much this sucker costs on the website). I got it home and installed it and haven't had any problems with it. It's been about a month with heavy use and the new owners of the house are gonna love it. You can't even tell of the damage because it is back under the cabinet.

Love the microwave . It was easy to install and looks very sleek. It matches the refrigerator we bought and the dishwasher . I shopped around, BB has great prices and the service was fantastic from customer service to delivery.

Easy installation. All the features I was looking for at a reasonable price. Wife and I are very happy with this purchase.

It actually fills the space above our range better but sticks out about 3" farther than our cabinets. I thought it was going to freak me out but it lights the range surface well, is not in the way at all and the additional space inside is wonderful. It has a nice clean look and the price (on sale) was great. If you are looking for Black Stainless you will be disappointed. The glass and function panel are black but the microwave itself is just Stainless. I think the description was meant to read Black with Stainless. It is pretty (and installed) so we are keeping it but the description is not accurate. Additionally, I think the fan is louder than our previous microwave. Also, the buttons and settings are different than any other microwave we have had but once you find the chart just inside the door I think the number thing actually works better than minutes and seconds. Overall nice product for the money.

This stainless steel OTR microwave looks elegant and working great.

After ten years of hard use, my microwave just gave out and I am replacing it with this same (updated) make and model. These microwaves are reliable workhorses and I plan on getting another ten years out of this one.

This is a very nice over the range microwave I have been looking for a stainless steel one for a few and the price on this one was the best I found and it was more than worth it the power is awesome. Best Buy for sure.

Nice size oven with reliable performance and modern design.

Great hood microwave for price. Very spacious inside, does not have a shelf but rather not have it. My previous microwave had a shelf and I had to always remove to heat larger dishes. Heating meals is fast and very powerful. I like that the fan vents are hidden and fans don't make much noise I gave it five stars can't find any cons.

It took a little time to get used to the heating instructions, otherwise this was a great buy.

I picked it because it is the same brand as my stove. Love the 30 sec feature & large capacity.

I purchased this over the range microwave as a replacement to the one I needed to get rid of to make more counter space. The digital display is aqua in color which contrasts the light green display from my whirlpool stove but it still looks nice. The fan is louder than I'm used to but overall I am happy with my purchase.

Easy to install especially if replacing a previous unit. Replaced a 15 year old Sharp that I really liked but it died. This is a similar unit and works very well. It had the features I wanted at a low price. Just wanted a basic microwave - don't need a bunch of fancy features and this does a great job of reheating, defrosting and some cooking. Looks good - especially like the exhaust on top instead of the front. I wanted the door handle rather than the push button. This fit the bill. I have used it about a month. I hope it holds up as well as the Sharp did.

Good: Easy install for a Do it yourselfer. Simple controls - not a lot of features I never use Price is right. Powerful enough Cons Included paper template relates to nothing. Use the cardboard cutout from the box and double-triple check with a measuring tape. Front vent for re-circulation fan is wide open. Stuff can fall out of upper cabinet and get lost in there. This oven is a replacement for one that died after 15 years. Install was easy enough, I had to drill new holes for the power cord and upper screws and like I mentioned, check the template you get to make sure it fits the unit you have. I'm going to look for something to fill the vent I don't use. In my install the oven sticks out a bit from the cabinets and there is a chance of things getting dropped down into the vent.

This was a great purchase for the money. It matches great with my other appliances and it works great. I did not really have a lot of money and I was more than pleased with what we received. So far we have had not issues and it was easy to install

Had a Sharp Carousel over the range microwave for 27 years before it finally died. Replaced it with a Frigidaire Gallery over the range stainless model which unfortunately didn't fare so well. Turntable stopped turning after about 3.5 years, then the door broke so wouldn't close and thus microwave would not turn on any longer at 4.5 years. Decided to go back to more basic model that provided all the functionality needed, at a lower price. After research, decided on the Whirlpool and so far, works great. Pretty straight forward installation also. Hope this lasts longer than the Frigidaire did.

Every time the oven is on the microwave fan comes on and stay on for approx 10 mins after the stove is turned off.
