One would think so, but the new mounting bracket did not match up with my old whirlpool, not sure if same model as yours, so hope you have better luck!

Also these microwave hood combos are meant to go over a 30" cooking surface so the size tends to be very similar. The overall width of your old Microwave is 29 7/8" and the new one is 29 15/16". We suggest having a look at the installation documents, and see what the space requirements are, and measuring the the space you have.
