“The microwave locks up when cooking. After a few minutes of running, it will shut off, the display will freeze, and the timer does not change. I can hit cancel and it will respond, but I have to start it cooking again. Does anyone know the cause?”

Not sure but I have had similar issues. Only had mine about a month, it restarted once when I turned on the hood fan while microwaving. The hourglass will come up and it will reset. Made sure I got the warranty but I am just hoping this is a good product. Fingers crossed.

I am considering buying a new unit from a reliable manufacturer and throw this unit where it belongs, in the garbage
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was having issues with the screen freezing. I unplugged the microwave and plugged it back in a few minutes later and the issue went away and has not come back.
