Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes outages cause a computer chip glitch. Before thinking bulb try unplugging microwave for at least 30 secs and plugging back in. It will reset it..Also there is energy save mode for the lite. Maybe it glitched and switched to that.. u can try reseting that mode directions in manual.
