A:AnswerOut of the box this unit is setup for internal venting or recirculation of air. It will pull it up from underneath and vent out the front/top of the unit (back into the room). The interior dimensions are: 21”W x 13 7/8” D x 9 1/2” H. Hope this helps.

A:AnswerThe cavity light bulb is located behind the vent grille at the top front of the microwave oven, under the bulb cover, and is replaceable. Remove 2 screws on the vent grille, slide the vent grille to the left, tilt it forward, and lift it out. Open the bulb cover and replace bulb. To reinstall, close bulb cover. Replace the vent grille by inserting the 3 bottom latch hooks of the vent grille into the front holes, tilt the vent grille backwards, slide it to the right, and secure with screws
A:Answerhad this installed 2 weeks ago. Tons of steam I’d swirling around inside when cooking a basic frozen entree.....4 minutes and stir and 3 more minutes. I can’t even see the entree while it’s cooking through the door because of how much steam is swirling around inside while it’s running. It doesn’t do this to if less than a minute.
Steam is what leaves condensation afterward. Had another whirlpool micro for 15 years and it never did this nor does anyone I know who has a microwave.
Called whirlpool and was told this is “normal”. Same answer they gave you about “condensation” . It is not normal! Too much steam causes condensation.
Was told to leave door open after I use it! I’m guessing the steam sensor must be on when it shouldn’t be.
I’m calling the company I bought it from tomorrow for a service call or exchange or return.
New feature,, Cook a stouffer entree and get a steam facial at same time!
