They are, but Best Buy is Terrible when it comes to Customer Service and scheduling for installation. I was on the phone 4 times because of phantom cancelations for installation and haul away. When your time is valuable, Best Buy doesn't care. They canceled an appointment for an installation and Haul Away without notifying me the canceled the appointment. Just Terrible.
