• No it does not have an in-door ice dispenser, but it includes an internal ice dispenser.

• It does have a water dispenser in the door, but not ice. The ice cube bin is in the freezer drawer. It does hold a lot of ice cubes.

• Depends on the size you get. The one I have only has water The ice machine is in the bottom in side the freezer.

• No it doesn't have ice dispensing. Only water. But it is easy to just get Ice from the lower try in the drawer.
