- Answer Technically yes. But you have to buy $140 worth of water and air filters per year to operate it so, it's going to cost you more than what you save in energy efficiency.

- Answer Hello! Per page 14 of the Use and Care Guide: To turn cooling back on, press and hold both the FAST COOL and MOISTURE CONTROL buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. When cooling is ON, “Cooling Off” will disappear and the previously selected settings will appear on the display screen. We hope this helps.
