“The specifications say this freezer is ice maker ready. Is this true? And, has anyone put an ice maker in theirs?”

• Yes. The ice maker is specific to the model. If you order it through Best Buy they will know the right model number. They delivered and installed it. It works great and doesn’t not take up a lot of space.

• Rhonda, this Whirlpool® Freezer does have an ice maker that is an optional accessory and the part number is ECKMF95. We hope this helps!
