This is a great upright freezer. From the size, to the “no-frost”, the adjustable shelves, the slide-out wire baskets, the covered compartments on the door, the pizza compartment at the bottom of the door, the roller wheels, the leveling legs, energy efficiency and it’s lockable. It’s perfect!!!

The Whirlpool - 19.6 Cu. Ft. Frost-Free Upright Freezer has been in service for a few months now, and we are pleased with its performance so far. It was on sale when we bought it, and the price was as reasonable as we had found. And we did look around. We are happy with our purchase and overall, we give it four stars. We don’t give five stars often. Here is how we rate items. 5 Stars = Exceeds all expectations, a great buy! (Very Rare) 4 Stars = Excellent find, and the price is okay. You should give it a try. 3 Stars = Works as advertised, and the price is fair. 2 Stars = A little sketchy, but possibly OK, and it may work out. 1 Star = Avoid this product, not worth it.

I purchased this Freezer because I need one real bad. They got it to me as fast as they could because I needed it. I will say I didn’t get it when I wanted it, but it was right on time because they work the best they could to get it to me Before it was too late and they managed to do that. Thank you Best Buy without your diligent workers I would have lost more but they work with me and got me my product my Freezer it saved me and my Meat. LOL

The freezer is set up perfectly with a tremendous amount of door and shelf storage that enables us to keep different items in their own separate areas. It runs very quietly. We've really just begun to fill it. My husband grows vegetables during the spring/summer and we're looking forward to blanching and freezing many of them for use during non- growing times.

Awesome freezer. Lots of storage and keeps things frozen solid. No condensation at all. Love the digital buttons and the bottom metal Basket is great. Not plastic like others.

This freezer is surprisingly huge but I’m not complaint. It fits great in the storage area of our apartment and it’s storing everything. I can clearly see everything on the shelves. I would definitely recommend this product

Looks great! The real perk is more space than the older(31 yrs.) freezer and peace of mind that it will keep food frozen. It got down to temperature quickly, alarms when it got too high in temp while returning food from ice chests. Plenty of room with 4 shelves and 2 large baskets and door storage for items.

Picked this up at the warehouse. Packaged well. Set-up was relatively easy. When leveling you will need a star tip to remove the lower front plastic panel to access the leveling legs. Once leveled plug it in and let it get cold before using.

Great Price - much less cost than anywhere else I found. I will be requesting another freezer to be delivered, as this one had a scratch on the front door and the top seal looks warped.

This is such a great freezer. It is quiet and efficient. It is the perfect size for our utility room.

Excellent size what I liked the most is that I can lock it, I don’t give 5 start because it doesn’t show me if it is on like the other brands

Amazing, so spacious. I could never go back to a regular deep freezer. We have been missing out. When I say amazing it’s amazing, so much room and it’s not an eyesore.

We've had the freezer for over a month and we're thrilled! It is so spacious, and the layout is so much better than others we looked at with comparable cubic footage. We made the right choice!

The stand up freezer works great. The shelves are steady and has plenty of space. I love the design. Great buy.

This freezer is very large and the shelves are very durable. we love how bright the light inside is. The delivery crew was awesome.

Great freezer so far. Added Ice maker, average ice production is 5lb in 3 days, works a little slow but ok. Average temperature below 0 degrees.

Held everything from the old freezer and still have plenty of room

The freezer started getting ice on the top of the freezer and the door on day two. I returned the freezer. I saw a lot of reviews like this, but due to the shortage of freezers since the pandemic I hoped I would get a good one. I changed the settings, but it didn’t make a difference.
