- Answer Hi Alex, the ice maker is an optional feature. You can purchase it separately and here is the part number ECKMFEZ2. The ice bin would be separate as well.

QuestionJust purchased and had delivered the WRT311FZD from Lowe's yesterday. The freezer does not appear to freeze consistently, does not make ice cubes in tray, Ice cream is like milk shake. Top is 29 degrees, bottom at 55 and we're at 4 snow flakes.
