“Top of refrigerator door, what bin fits?? The bin hooks at the very tare about a half inch smaller and neither the shallow or gallon sized bins can hook in as they're too wide. What bin is supposed to go here?? Typically where you'd have a butter opening.”

Short answer is one size doesn't fit all. I found that depending on the household a short shelf might fit condiments while a tall shelf is perfect for wine bottles, No milk here. Adjust as necessary. good luck.!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had nothing fit there. What I at first thought was a butter dish cover was actually a door bin for freezer. This unit does not have a butter compartment. Did fit all five bins in door. Wanted to send a picture but can’t seem to add it below. So starting from the top, these slot pairs worked for me: 2nd, 4th, 6, 8, and 10, aka bottom.
