    Asked by Rick.

    • Answer No they do not match and are not stainless steel. But the color goes very well with the stainless steel. Not sure what kind of material it is but it matches well

  • QuestionHow do you keep this refrigerator from rolling

    Asked by Lisa.

    • Answer Hello I sorry I can not answer your question because we have not had that problem with our product. It does not move unless we move it manually. Is your product on a flat service or does the floor have an angle to it? If that is the problem just place a peace of wood like a shim in front of the front wheels and taht she keep it from moving until you want to move it. I hope this suggestion helps you. Best Regards Francis Earley

  • QuestionWe just got a new WRS321sdhz. 1. Does this model have crisper drawers/humidity control? The interiors seem foggy on the refrigerator side. 2. Are the freezer shelves removable?

    Asked by NewFridge.

    • Answer Thanks, Whirlpool team. Glad to know that the answer is yes to both of my questions. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out which of the drawers is the crisper and how to remove or move the freezer shelves. The manual does not say anything about these points. Thanks in advance

  • QuestionWhy is the ice maker slow to make ice

    Asked by Dona.

    • Answer Hello Dona, there could be a number of reasons that the icemaker is slow making ice. Was the refrigerator just installed? Allow 24 hours to produce the first batch of ice. Discard the first 3 batches of ice produced. Allow 2 - 3 days to completely fill the ice storage bin. The ice maker should produce approximately 3.2 lbs (1.5 kg) of ice per day under normal operation. Is the ice bin installed correctly? If your refrigerator has an in the door ice making system (external dispenser), ensure the ice bin is fully snapped into place. If the ice bin is not seated or installed correctly it can cause low or no ice production. Please see your Use and Care Guide for specific instructions on installing the ice bin. Do you have the correct water pressure? Hollow or thin ice cubes are likely due to low water pressure. Is the water line connected to a water supply and fully turned on? Make sure the water supply is properly connected to a cold water supply and the water shutoff valve is fully opened. Check to make sure there are no kinks in the water supply line. A kink in the line can reduce water flow. Straighten the water source line to restore adequate water flow and pressure. To help reduce the chances of a pinched water line, do not push the refrigerator too far back against the wall or cabinet. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you.
