This is not true! The doors need to be leveled. I had the same experience. One of my delivery men was only on the job 11 days and the other 5 days. They were never taught how to level refrigerator doors. They spent 1.5 hours at my home, calling everyone they could possibly call, to figure out how fix this. They finally got a call back from someone in the company who walked them through this. One individual they called told them to "Google It". So unprofessional!!! I felt so bad for these two new delivery men. They were persistent in not leaving me with the refrigerator that way and they did get it fixed. Kudos to them and shame on Best Buy for putting their employees in such a situation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also experienced the uneven door handle situation(looking at refrigerator, right hand side) A call to Best Buy and a Geek Squad technician came out and was able to make them even. Now I'm happy looking at my refrigerator.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sadly, you got conned. The Service Delivery Team both adjusted the door and then the handles on my refrigerator when it was delivered. It can be done. I would ensure that Best Buy be aware of this, as the delivery team is a sub-contractor of theirs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and no. When empty, the doors are slightly uneven to account for the weight of food in the door when the fridge is filled. If it's still uneven once it's filled, you can easily adjust for any remaining difference by adjusting the hinges on the bottom. Instructions for how to do this based on your model should be included in your manual, but if they're not, you can go to the manufacturer website for help. There are also multiple videos on You Tube for this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They told us the same thing. Never going to buy another appliance from Best Buy.
