not true. oven professionally insatalled by best buy. when self clean, the oven failed displaying F5 E1 Error Code also, at some point we smelled something burning, i checked and it turned out the door latch has melted. 5 months later, and as of today, the oven still not repaired by whirlpool warranty. theit Customer service suck, worst i have ever seen, i do not know how they managed to stay in business, look online ansd search for whirlpool class action lawsuit regarding the selfclean,. what a shame
