Freezer door cracked within first 4 months, was replaced by manufacturer. Ice maker motor went out and was replaced at 8-9 months of having it. It was replaced as well by the manufacturer.

But what I will say is that the 5 year coverage by Geek Squad is well worth the 199.00 for piece of mind. And you can extend that for another 5 for the same price when the coverage is about to expire. 199.00 is a small price to pay for something so expensive. I bought my water filters from eBay and got 4 of them for 56.99. That's about a 2 year supply. 4 Pack Genuine Every Drop EDR2RXD1 Whirlpool W10413645A FILTER 2 Water Filter Also don't forget to order the clean air filters for the back of the fridge. These are cheap and I ordered them from Amazon.
