having a problem that shelf two in Fridge, any food product next to wall (next to freezer) the products are freezing. Adjusting temp on freezer higher and same with fridge, but problem still continues. Nothing is helping. Any ideas null

Knock on wood im not having that problem but possibly put a thick piece of cardboard covered with white contact paper so not ugly or piece of styrofoam against that part of the wall might solve the problem. Might be a repair needed.
