My water pressure from the fridge water fill is normal and way faster than 20 minutes; even faster than 20 seconds.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Water flow from the door dispenser is fine and typical of refrigerator dispensers. Unless your water supply comes from a slow-pumping well, it should not take an unreasonable amount of time to fill a cup with water. I particularly like the fact that the sources for water and ice are separate on this refrigerator. Our old fridge had only one dispenser "button" which required us to select water or ice from the display prior to pushing the button.

This fridge features a "measured fill" feature that you can set to X ounces of water, set your cup/glass on the shelf, push the button, and you can walk away as it fills the cup to X ounces. I use mine to fill a 2 cup measuring cup with 16 ounces of water. Easy. Nice that you dont have to hold the button down. Had to figure that out myself, its use was not described in the quick start guide.
